ORDERS: RUMI ROSE processes and ships in stock items within 2 business days
If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.  

RETURNS: We want you to love every RUMI ROSE purchase! If you are not happy with your order,  we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased on shoprumirose.com for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the guidelines below.

    • To arrange your refund please contact us by email at shoprumirose@gmail.com (SUBJECT: Refund). Include your order number in the e-mail
    • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of purchase 
    • Item/s must be unworn and in perfect resaleable condition
    • Items must have all tags, boxes and bags attached/included
    • Gift cards, sale/promotional/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
    • Pierced jewelry + beauty products can't be returned for health/hygiene reasons
    • Postage cost of return must be paid by customer. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return
    • Items purchased outside of the USA are not eligible for returns
    • We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy
    • We will refund your original form of payment within two weeks of receiving goods back. Original shipping costs are non-refundable 

SHIPPING: We offer shipping flat rate $5 shipping via USPS and free domestic ground shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer flat rate $20 shipping via USPS and free shipping on orders over $200.
