Orders, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At Rumi Rose, every piece is intentionally curated: often rare, one-of-a-kind, or sourced from vintage and heritage collections. We are committed to delivering a thoughtful and seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

ORDERS & PROCESSING

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends or holidays. Please note that specialty, made-to-order, or custom pieces may require up to 2 weeks for fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified via email promptly

SHIPPING

We currently ship via USPS.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Free ground shipping on orders over $100 (lower 48 states)
Alaska & Hawaii: Flat rate $20 shipping, or free shipping on orders over $200
Shipping costs will depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly want you to love your Rumi Rose selection. Due to the curated and often limited nature of our pieces, we offer a short return window. You must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.  Once approved, items must be shipped back within 2 business days.  Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.  To initiate a return, please email: shoprumirose@gmail.com. Include your order number and details. Our team will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unaltered
Free of any scent (perfume, deodorant) or markings
Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

We kindly ask that you handle items with care when trying them on, as any signs of wear will make the item ineligible.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  You must use a reliable, trackable shipping service.  We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment.  Rumi Rose is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. Failure to provide proof of shipment may result in an inability to process your return.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item or size is in stock, we will gladly process an exchange. If unavailable, a return for refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees) if you meet the return criteria.  Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of many pieces, exchanges are not always guaranteed.

NON-RETURNABLE/FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances on the following items, no exceptions:

All vintage items (due to their unique and irreplaceable nature)
Custom, made-to-order, or specialty items
Collaboration pieces (including select designer capsules such as Nomad Style)
Sale, promotional, or discounted items
Accessories, including jewelry and hair pieces
Pierced jewelry
Beauty and apothecary products

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refund will be issued to your original form of payment.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing and posting.  We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are returned outside of our policy guidelines.

A Note on Our Pieces

Many Rumi Rose items are vintage, handcrafted, or made from heritage textiles. Variations, subtle imperfections, and signs of age are part of their story and beauty, not defects.
